Description

Lo Scopeto is a white wine that originates from the vineyards owned by Bibi Graetz which extend on terraces on the island of Giglio.

Magnificent blend of Ansonica and Vermentino grapes, it is obtained from a fermentation in steel that uses indigenous yeasts from the island. Maturation in steel for a few months follows.

It comes in straw yellow glasses. The nose perceives hints of citrus and white fruit, well intertwined with hints of wild flowers. A wine with a Mediterranean and broad character, it has a light and agile body that closes on an almost marine taste and flavor that invites you to drink.

Perfect wine for fish, vegetables and white meat dishes, it does not disdain both land and sea fried food.
