Description
The Toscana Rosso dei Notri di Tua Rita is born in vineyards located in the area of the Metalliferous hills, in the heart of the Alta Maremma.
It is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is refined in the same containers, before being bottled.
Rosso dei Notri is characterized by a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant herbaceous aromas. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly fruity, with a persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with first courses and aged cheeses.
