Description

The Drumo was born in the homonymous vineyard of Tenuta Rubbia al Colle, in Suvereto, in Tuscany.

This wine is made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected during the month of September. After a maceration on the skins for about 10 days and a fermentation at controlled temperature, the product is left to evolve for about 10 months in oak barrels. It follows an aging in glass for at least 3 months before being put on the market.

The Drumo shows off a vermilion red color. The nose carries aromas of ripe fruit, with tiipic notes of violet and balsamic as a side dish. In the mouth it is immediate, ready to drink and with delicate tannins.

It goes very well with appetizers and first courses. Excellent also with cold cuts.
