Description
Toscana Bianco Il Bianco di Brancaia comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Radda in Chianti.
It is produced 90% with Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 10% with Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested by hand towards the end of August. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 5 months on the lees, before being bottled.
White is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a pleasant fruity bouquet. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with a pleasantly balanced acidity.
Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with first courses, mushroom risotto and white meats.
