Description

Rosso Le Due Arbie di Dievole comes from the vineyards located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga in the province of Siena.

This wine is produced with Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in mid-October. After spontaneous fermentation in Slavonian oak vats at a temperature of 27-28 ° C, lasting 14 days, the wine ages for 9 months in cement tanks and for a further 3 months in the bottle, where it stabilizes its characteristics organoleptic.

Le Due Arbie di Dievole has an intense ruby red color. The nose is characterized by an aroma of ripe red fruit, enriched with spicy notes. On the palate it shows a good structure, with soft tannins that accompany a fruity and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, noble poultry and aged cheeses.
