Description

The Rabuccolo of Tenuta Rubbia al Colle was born in the Maremma vineyard of the same name, in the Suvereto area.

It is extracted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet franc and Syrah grapes, harvested and selected manually. After the maceration and fermentation processes, the wine is placed in 25 hl oak barrels where the elevage phase begins, which lasts about ten months. A refinement in glass of at least three months follows.

Rabuccolo has a clear ruby color. The nose brings interesting vegetable and balsamic notes, which then leave room for ripe fruit and small red fruits. In the mouth it shows a wine that is ready to drink and good taste, with fruity sensations at the mouth.

It goes very well with well-prepared pizzas, fresh or semi-mature cheeses and vegetable pies. Excellent also with soups and soups based on legumes, barley or spelled.
