The 50&50 Rosato by Avignonesi-Capannelle is born from the union of Sangiovese and Merlot, expressing an elegant and contemporary style that brings together tradition and creativity. This wine represents a refined interpretation of Tuscan rosé, designed for moments of sharing and conviviality, with a fresh and harmonious character.

The winemaking process involves distinct methods for the two grape varieties: Merlot ferments in barriques and tonneaux with indigenous yeasts, while Sangiovese is vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Maturation also follows separate paths, helping develop complexity, balance, and finesse before the final blending.

It displays a delicate pink hue. The nose offers a fresh and pleasant bouquet, with notes ranging from grapefruit to dog rose, enriched by exotic nuances and light boisée sensations. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with hints of white currant and green apple, lending freshness and balance.

It pairs well with light dishes, appetizers, fish, and summer preparations.
