Description
The Toscana Rosso Sigillo of the company comes from the vineyards of the Vannicelli family, on the Florentine hills.
It is produced entirely with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for a short period in wood, before being put on the market.
It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of cherry and raspberry, enriched with elegant hints typical of aging in wood. On the palate it is warm and velvety, with a pleasant persistence.
Ideal to be served with grilled white and red meats, it is also perfect in combination with important first courses and stewed meats. A full-flavored wine, excellent to be enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine
