Description

The SìLei Rosso is a red wine produced in Italy by the Terrescure winery with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes grown in the Central Tuscany area. This wine represents a statement of intent, a feminine affirmation ("yes, she!"), the expression is fresh, balanced, and suitable for everyday consumption.

The two varieties are harvested together and subjected to an initial fermentation with pumping over and punch downs. After a soft pressing, a second fermentation follows at a low temperature. Refinement takes place exclusively in steel to preserve the wine's freshness.

It presents a vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, it offers a fruity bouquet with notes of red fruits and a light spiciness. On the palate, it is round, smooth, and well-balanced, supported by a pleasant acidity.

Perfect with pasta with sauce, white meats, pizza, or semi-aged cheeses.
