Description

The Toscana Rosso Soffocone di Vincigliata di Bibi Graetz was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Fiesole, in the hills overlooking the wonderful city of Florence.

It is produced 90% with Sangiovese grapes, 7% with Canaiolo grapes and 3% with Colorino grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with daily punching down. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 15 months, before being bottled.

The Soffocone di Vincigliata is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of berries, enriched with pleasant spicy cocoa notes. On the palate it is pleasantly soft and round, with balanced tannins.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
