Description
Toscana Vermentino di San Felice is born in vineyards located on the properties of Agricola San Felice in Castelnuovo Berardenga and Massa Marittima.
It is produced with 85% Vermentino grapes and 15% with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested during the first half of September. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 8 ° C for about 24 hours, then fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine ages for 2 months in the bottle.
Vermentino is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with hints of grapefruit accompanied by spring flowers and hay. On the palate it is fresh with subtle citrus tannins.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
