Description
The Toscana Vermentino of the MorisFarms cellars is born in vineyards located between the hills and the sea, in the splendid landscape of the Tuscan Maremma.
It is mainly produced with Vermentino grapes, a semi-aromatic white grape variety, harvested in the second week of September, and with Viogner grapes, harvested in the last week of August. The vinification process begins with the static cold cleaning of the must and continues with fermentation for 21 days at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. After the first racking, the wine remains on the lees for up to 15 days before being bottled.
This Vermentino has an elegant pale straw color. The nose opens with an intense and fruity bouquet, with typical hints of apricot and notes of yellow flowers. The taste is fresh and elegant, with excellent drinkability and a marked flavor.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes or delicate white meats.
