Description
The Tuscany Rosato Rignana was born in the vineyards of the homonymous farm, located in the territory of Panzano, in the heart of Greve in Chianti.
It is produced 85% from Sangiovese grapes and 15% from Canaiolo grapes, rigorously harvested by hand around the middle of September. The juice macerates on the skins for 48 hours, then vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C for about 30 days.
Rignana has a nice pink color. The nose opens with fresh aromas of red fruits and slight mineral hints typical of Canaiolo. In the mouth it is fruity, with the pleasant marked acidity typical of Sangiovese.
Due to its characteristics, it is ideal to accompany pasta dishes such as pasta and risotto with tomatoes and vegetables, or pizza.
