Description

Centine di Banfi is the synthesis of the encounter between the centuries-old Tuscan winemaking tradition of Sangiovese production and some of the most famous international varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. Macerates briefly on the skins, then performs the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine rests for a short time in oak barriques and further refined in the bottle.

It is characterized by an intense purple color. Fresh fruity notes are complemented by delicate vanilla scents. Full and elegant on the palate, it stands out in the sign of freshness.

Amazing in the company of savory dishes, such as ribollita or tagliatelle al ragù, it is the perfect wine for roast meat, stewed game or for moments reserved for meditation.
