Trentino DOC Chardonnay 2021 Bonconsey

Bonconsey Chardonnay is produced in Trentino from small hilly plots located at a maximum altitude of 500 meters above sea level

Collected and transported in small crates, the grapes are destemmed without being crushed and loaded into pneumatic presses where, intact, they remain for a few hours to macerate before being pressed. The must, made clear by natural decantation, is inoculated with selected yeasts and left to ferment at a controlled temperature (15-17°C). Subsequently it is aged in steel on the noble lees for a few months.

Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of banana, ripe apple and honey. The sip is full, harmonious, persistent and pleasant.

Ideal in combination with Mediterranean cuisine, pasta and fresh vegetables, but also with soups and white meats
