Description
The Trentino Müller Thurgau of De Tarczal was born in vineyards located in the Trentino municipality of Marano d'Isera, in the heart of Vallagarina, a land particularly suited to viticulture.
It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20-22 ° C.
Müller Thurgau by De Tarczal has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with hints of vine flower, sage and jasmine, enriched with notes of white peach and unripe apple. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a vibrant and pleasantly aromatic finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, this white is ideal with mountain dishes but also with grilled molluscs and crustaceans.
