The Trentino Superiore Pinot Grigio Rulendis di Cavit comes from vineyards over 20 years of age, located in small plots at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites in the Bleggio Superiore, in the Guidicarie Valleys and in the Cavedine Valley, more than 600 meters above sea level. altitude. These generally unconventional soils for the cultivation of Pinot Gris are managed in a masterly manner by the Cavit company which manages to obtain an unusual, unique and satisfying Pinot Gris, in which the aromatic and mineral component is enhanced. It is obtained exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested late by hand. The vinification takes place entirely in steel in order to preserve its characteristics of aromaticity and freshness.

It is a wine with an intense straw yellow color. The nose becomes prevalent notes of sage and rosemary, immediately followed by fruity aromas reminiscent of green apple and pear, on a mineral background. In the mouth it is well defined and sapid, with a vibrant freshness.

Ideal to be served with freshwater fish, such as trout or char, it enchants the palate in the company of meat carpaccio.
