Description

The Trento Brut 51,151 from Moser was born in vineyards owned by Maso Villa Warth, located on the Adige Valley in the municipality of Trento.

The wine is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. After pressing, the grapes ferment in steel tanks, oak barrels and barriques. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for a period of about 24 months.

Brut 51.151 is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with fresh, fragrant and slightly spicy notes that recall the scent of the bread crust. On the palate it is dry but fresh, with a good flavor and persistence.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, cold cuts, seafood appetizers and delicate fish dishes.
