Description

The Trento Brut Cuvée 28 of Rotari hails from vineyards located on the hills north of Trento.

It is made from only Chardonnay grapes, harvested entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in bottle according to the Classic Method, with ageing for 36 months on its lees.

It is characterized by a straw yellow colour. The nose opens with elegant and intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit that mix with notes of hazelnut and vanilla. On the palate it is in perfect balance between structure and acidity, with good freshness and a pleasant mineral finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with first courses and second courses both baked and grilled.
