Description
The Trento Brut Classic Method of Villa Vescovile comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Trento DOC.
It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with a long stay on its own yeasts.
The Trento Brut Classic Method of Villa Vescovile is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with pleasant hints of hawthorn, enriched with light citrus notes. On the palate it is fine and elegant, with good freshness and minerality.
Ideal with appetizers, it is perfect for accompanying dishes based on molluscs or crustaceans.
