Description

the Founder's Giulio Ferrari Rosé Riserva is the Trentodoc sparkling wine that is preparing to become an icon among the Italian rosé bubbles. It is the perfect combination between the vibrant intensity of the mountain Pinot Noir grapes and the refinement of Chardonnay which is added in small proportions and constitutes the final touch.

It is obtained from grapes of the vineyards owned by the Lunelli family, located on the slopes of the mountains that frame the city of Trento, harvested only by hand. It remains to refine on its lees for at least 10 years before being placed on the market.

In the glass it shows a bright salmon pink color, with coppery glints that tend to coral. Its perlage is full of minute bubbles. The sense of smell insists on sweet notes of rosehip in jam and citrus fruits that are intertwined with a spicy and mineral texture of immediate pleasure. In the mouth it shows a convincing balance between the fresh and savory component. The sip is very long to complete a perfect gustatory picture.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany refined salami, tasty first courses and aged cheeses. It is exalted in combination with shellfish dishes.
