Description
Trento Pas Dosé DOC Levii comes from vineyards located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, facing south and on high slopes.
The manual harvest of only Chardonnay grapes is carried out during the second half of September and, in line with the processing of the classic method, the wine referments in the bottle and refines on the lees for a minimum of 48 months without the addition of sugars following disgorgement.
It has an extremely bright straw yellow color, with a persistent perlage and a very dense foam. A complex nose offers citrus and quince hints, while on the palate it is intense and crunchy, with an excellent balance between acidity and flavor.
The combination with first and second courses based on white meats, as well as on dishes based on lake or river fish is remarkable. Suitable to accompany the whole evening.
