Description
Trento Riserva Extra Brut Levii comes from vineyards located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, facing south and on steep slopes from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The manual harvest is carried out during the second half of September and, thanks to the refermentation in the bottle, the wine ages on the lees for a minimum of 60 months, incorporating the freshness and longevity of the Chardonnay with the body of the Pinot.
With a radiant straw yellow color, it reveals a very long effervescence with a very fine grain. The creaminess is accompanied by freshness and a great gustatory balance due above all to the contribution of Pinot which gives softness and intensity.
It goes perfectly with dishes based on cod, trout fillet and roasted octopus. Great to accompany the whole evening.
