Description

Tenute Tomasella's Cabernet Franc is born in vineyards located in Friuli.

The grapes are vinified in red with a long maceration at 25 ° C. Aging on the lees takes place in steel for 5 months, followed by 2 months in the bottle.

Ruby red in color with purple hues, the nose reveals aromas of violets, red fruits and the typical herbaceous and slightly smoky note of the grape. The sip is full, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.

Excellent with pork loin, stewed meats and cheeses.
