Description

The Treviso Prosecco Brut di Ruffino is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Treviso, in the heart of Veneto. This Prosecco thanks to its style and its versatility, represents Italian taste in the world.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, an indigenous grape variety from the north-east. Fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method, which consists of a natural refermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 30 days.

This Prosecco Brut is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fruity and floral bouquet, with hints of apple and pear, enriched with pleasant elderberry aromas. On the palate it is fresh and lively, pleasantly fruity and with a lively finish.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, white meats and vegetables.
