Description
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze Dry 1868 by Carpenè Malvolti was born in the municipality of Valdobbiadene, in the Cartizze area, in the Veneto region.
It is produced with pure Glera grapes, harvested late to favor the concentration of aromas and flavors and allow the creation of a sumptuous wine. The wine is sparkling with the Conegliano Valdobbiadene method.
This Prosecco sparkling wine has a lively straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The nose is complex, with rich floral aromas of acacia and rose and persuasive fruity notes of golden apple and pink grapefruit. In the mouth it is round, creamy and savory, with a perfect harmony between freshness and softness. The perfumes found on the nose are repeated on the finish, with a great aromatic persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif wine, it is ideal to accompany small pastries.
