Description

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Salis of the Cru di Bisol line comes from vineyards located in S. Stefano di Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso. The name derives from a type of sandstone of marine origin, set with fossil shells, whose composition is ideal for the production of high quality grapes.

This Prosecco is made exclusively from Glera grapes, manually harvested in early October. After the classic white winemaking processes, carried out at low temperature in order to enhance the fruity and freshness typical of the variety, the sparkling wine takes place by refermentation in steel autoclaves, according to the Charmat Method.

Bolis Prosecco Superiore Dry Salis is characterized by a straw yellow color and a lively and persistent perlage. The nose opens with delicate hints of peach and cedar, enriched with notes of meadow flowers. On the palate it is full, fresh and caressing, with great balance and softness.

Excellent between meals, it is perfect to accompany puff desserts, pies and fruit. Try it in combination with asparagus.
