Description
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Ruffino comes from vineyards located in the heart of Valdobbiadene.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, an indigenous grape variety from the north-east. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks with the Charmat method.
This Prosecco is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and balanced bouquet, with elegant fruity aromas, enriched with pleasant aromatic notes. On the palate it is pleasantly harmonious, with a full body and a delicate acidity.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
