Description

The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry di Bisol was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso, in the heart of the prestigious Cartizze cru.

It is produced with pure Glera grapes, harvested manually in early October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method, with aging on its own yeasts.

The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry di Bisol is characterized by a straw yellow color and a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose opens with elegant aromas of meadow flowers, enriched with fruity hints of apple, pear and peach. On the palate it is full and balanced, with pleasant sapidity and fruit.

Excellent between meals, it is ideal in combination with dry pastries and refined desserts such as strawberry mousse.
