Description
The Spanish white wine Just Fucking Good from Bodegas Neleman is born in the Valencia region.
It is made with Verdil, Sauvignon, Viognier and Chardonnay grapes, which are cooled in a cold room at 5°C for 15 days and then vinified in steel. Part of the fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
It has an intense straw yellow colour. The nose opens with intense aromas of white and yellow flowers, ripe fruit and vanilla. In the mouth it is juicy and creamy, with an excellent structure and a long persistence.
This wine goes well with rich fish appetizers and fish soups.
