Description

The Viognier of Emiliana's Natura line comes from organically grown vineyards located in the coolest areas of the Central Valley, in Chile.

The grape harvest is done exclusively by hand, once the perfect ripeness has been reached. The vinification is carried out entirely in steel, without any passage in wood.

Straw yellow at the sight, it opens to the nose with intoxicating floral notes that combine with fruity citrus and yellow peach fragrances. The taste is fresh and citrus, characterized by a good gustatory balance.

Ideal aperitif, it is perfect in the company of fish, seafood and battered vegetables.
