Description

The Aosta Valley Petite Arvine of Anselmet was born in vineyards located in the Aosta Valley municipalities of Aymaville and Villeneuve.

It is produced entirely with native Petit Arvine grapes. After a 25-day fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels.

Anselmet's Petit Arvine is characterized by a bright yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints of cedar and quince, enriched with notes of saffron and lemon balm. In the mouth it is balanced, between envelopment and vivid minerality. (Long acidity).

It is ideal in combination with appetizers, first courses and white meats.
