Description

The Malbec Mountain Vineyard by Zuccardi is an Argentine red wine produced in the Valle de Uco, Mendoza, from selected Malbec grapes. This region is renowned for its ideal climatic conditions and high altitude, which contribute to the production of high-quality wines.

The vinification process involves fermentation in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by maceration on the skins for about 20 days. Subsequently, the wine matures in French oak barrels for a period ranging from 6 to 8 months, giving complexity and structure to the final product.

In appearance, the wine showcases a deep violet color. Intense aromas of red fruits and flowers like roses and violets emerge on the nose, accompanied by herbal notes. On the palate, it offers a soft and silky entry, with a well-balanced structure, an acidity that provides freshness, and a mineral texture, culminating in a long and persistent finish.

This Malbec pairs perfectly with grilled or roasted red meat dishes.
