Description
Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore Torbae, as the name suggests, originates from the high hillside vineyards of the town of Torbe, located in the Verona area.
Harvested by hand in early October, it is the result of a fermentation at a temperature of 25-28°C, followed by a second fermentation on Amarone grape skins according to the ancient Ripasso method. Aged in wood and steel, followed by refinement in the bottle.
Intense ruby red in color, it displays on the nose a broad bouquet of fresh fruity notes, supported by elegant spicy nuances. On the palate, it shows a full and silky body, with tannins and freshness in perfect harmony.
Ideal for all red meat dishes, it is excellent with braised meat or grilled meat.
