Description

Valtenesi Chiaretto Rosamara di Costaripa was born in the vineyards located on the southern side of Lake Garda, south of Sirmione.

It is produced with Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes, grown in the vineyards with the best exposure, facing Lake Garda. Vinification takes place tearfully, through static draining to obtain a must that can be considered the heart of the grape. Subsequently a part of the wine ferments and ages in barriques at controlled temperature for about 6 months.

Rosamara is characterized by a soft pink color, characteristic of a very soft and delicate vinification. The nose opens with large and elegant aromas of hawthorn flowers, enriched with pleasant hints of black cherry and pomegranate. On the palate it is pleasantly harmonious, with a silky texture. Rosamara has an excellent persistence and flavor, with a very light aftertaste of bitter almond.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and white meats.
