Description

Cabernet Sauvignon was born on the hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area, home to excellent wines.

It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes are harvested manually during the first ten days of October and the vinification takes place in stainless steel with a maceration of 10-12 days. The wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels for 8-10 months and is then bottled, about a year after the harvest.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a clear wine, characterized by an intense ruby red color. The scent is intense and fascinating, with fruity and slightly herbaceous hints. The taste is soft, rightly tannic.

A wine with a great structure, it goes well with roasts and meat dishes in general.
