Venezia Giulia IGT Bianco Perennio Senza Solfiti 2015 Mont'Albano

The Venezia Giulia Bianco Permine without sulphites of Mont'Albano is born in vineyards located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced with Chardonnay, Sauvignon grapes and with grapes of other white grape varieties, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers, without contact with air, in order to avoid any minimum contact with oxygen.

The Bianco Perennio di Mont'Albano is characterized by a deep straw yellow color. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet of ripe fruit. On the palate it is pleasantly savory, with a perfect balance between acidity and residual sugars.

Perfect to accompany dishes based on fish, crustaceans and molluscs, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts, game and vegetables.
