Description

Produced in the Terra Mallorca area, this white wine from Can Axartell is crafted from a refined blend of Malvasia, Giró Ros, Viognier, and Premsal Blanc. It presents a light straw-yellow color with greenish highlights, clear and bright, designed to convey freshness and elegance at first glance.

The winemaking process starts with the manual harvest of the grapes, followed by a fermentation of approximately 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. No aging in wood is planned, to enhance the aromatic purity and liveliness of the fruit.

On the nose, there are clean aromas with high aromatic intensity, featuring evident notes of fresh tropical fruit such as pineapple and passion fruit, enriched by citrus hints of orange leaf and floral touches of blooming jasmine. On the palate, it is dry, with a lively, round, and refreshing entry, thanks to a well-balanced and integrated acidity, leading to an elegant and persistent finish.

Perfectly paired with flavorful fish, cold cuts, cheese, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and delicate first courses.
