Description

Blumenfeld's Chardonnay comes from vineyards located close to the Dolomites, in Trentino-Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested between mid-September and early October. Once in the cellar, the grapes are softly pressed, and then fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 4 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose reveals a delicate bouquet of ripe exotic fruit, from mango to pineapple, from papaya to passion fruit, with delicate citrus notes. The sip reveals a good body, with a pleasantly fresh and lively acidity and a finish of medium persistence.

Perfect for an aperitif, it can be paired with fish appetizers, as well as with Mediterranean seafood dishes.
