Description

The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Pinot Nero Paradis in Borgo dei Posseri is born in vineyards located in the three localities of Pozzo, located on a spur between the Ronchi and San Valentino valleys, on the left of the Adige river.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand in the middle of October. Fermentation takes place on the skins for 2 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 18 months and for a further period in the bottle before being marketed.

Paradis is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with a velvety and persistent bouquet, with intense hints of red fruits. On the palate it is elegant, harmonious and pleasantly enveloping.

Perfect to accompany white and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
