Description

The Sparkling Red Taìra Wine of the Conte del Tellaio Wines Company, was born in the DOC vineyards located in the heart of Sicily.

It is produced from Syrah Terre Siciliane grapes, all harvested and selected manually. Syrah is considered one of the noble red grapes, both for its longevity and for the aroma of its wines. The first fermentation takes place at controlled temperature without skins, the second fermentation instead takes place in an autoclave, then the wine is produced in Veneto.

Rosso Taìra is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with an elegant fruity bouquet, enriched with floral hints. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, light and delicate.

It is ideal to serve during informal aperitifs, it is perfect in combination with recipes based on delicate red meats and grilled seasonal vegetables.
