Description

The Matilde Rosé wine from Cascina Corte is a fresh and balanced organic wine, characterized by a pleasing acidity. It is obtained from a selection of grapes from different vineyards, which grow on calcareous soils with blue tuff, exposed to the south and southeast at an altitude of 480 meters.

Winemaking occurs without the addition of yeasts, with spontaneous fermentation and without filtration or clarification, respecting the principles of organic agriculture. This natural approach allows for the preservation of the intrinsic characteristics of the grapes and for the terroir of origin to be expressed at its best.

In appearance, it presents a soft and bright pink color. On the nose, intense fruity aromas of currants, strawberries, and cherries emerge, which are also found on the palate, where the wine reveals itself as fresh, balanced, and with good acidity, making it extremely pleasant to drink.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light fish-based dishes, summer salads, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the freshness and delicacy of the flavors.
