Description

Montresor's Rosé Royal Brut is a refined and elegant rosé sparkling wine, produced from carefully vinified Pinot Noir grapes. Designed to celebrate the most joyful moments, it stands out for its delicate color and fine perlage, making it ideal for versatile and convivial consumption.

The winemaking process follows the Montresor Long Charmat Method, with gentle pressing of the grapes and refermentation of the base wine in autoclave through the inoculation of selected yeasts. The process concludes with a maturation phase that provides balance and finesse.

In appearance, it presents a pale pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is characterized by hints of small red fruits, while the palate is harmonious and balanced with a delicate finish reminiscent of bread crust.

Excellent as an aperitif, it elegantly accompanies the entire meal, especially fish-based dishes.
