Description

Conte Vistarino's Pinot Noir Rosé Brut Sparkling Wine in the Rocca de 'Giorgi Estate, located in the municipality of the same name in the province of Pavia.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested in the third decade of August. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, with aging for 2 months on its own yeasts.

The Pinot Nero Rosé Brut by Conte Vistarino is characterized by a soft pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet, with hints of small red fruits and rose petals. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant flavor.

Excellent with any meal, it is ideal as an aperitif or in combination with fish.
