Description

The Sparkling Wine Rosé Extra Dry Cuvée Sergio 1887 represents one of the products of the Luxury Collection of the Mionetto company. It was born at the foot of the Venetian Prealps, where the company has been based since 1887.

This sparkling wine is obtained from a blend of red berried grapes, expertly assembled and sparkling following the Charmat method.

It is characterized by a bright pink peach blossom and a rich and persistent perlage. The nose offers fresh and fruity aromas of pink grapefruit and black currant, with soft floral notes of dog rose. In the mouth, the softness and the right acidity are enhanced, with notes of raspberries that present themselves in the rather persistent finish.

Excellent for the aperitif moment, this cuvée also goes very well with light appetizers and sweet cold cuts such as San Daniele or Parma ham. Special with seafood and vegetable risotto.
