Description

The Quality Rosé Brut Calce Sparkling Wine is produced by San Marzano in Puglia, in the Salento area.

The wine is produced from Chardonnay and Negroamaro grapes, which are softly pressed and then fermented. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging on the yeasts for over 36 months.

Pale pink in color and with fine, constant bubbles, it reveals aromas of white flowers, currants and raspberries to the nose, as well as typical notes of bread crust. The sip is fresh and quite soft, with a discreet finish.

Ideal as an aperitif and paired with fish starters and fish first courses with shellfish and tasty fish.
