Description

From one of the most suitable hills of the Côte de Nuits, in Burgundy, this Pinot Noir originates which knows how to combine elegance and pleasantness.

It consists of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, in the full expression of the terroir defined by mineral soils rich in clay and limestone.

Its finesse is already evident to the eye, in a vivid ruby red hue but with a beautiful transparency. The nose shows traces of crunchy red fruit, wild cherry and a slight balsamic note. In the mouth it is velvety, convincing with the fresh-savory affirmation that extends the sip in a long persistence of the fruit.

To be combined with medium-aged cheeses.
