liqueur
Liqueur refers to a beverage made from alcoholic distillates, either sweetened or not, and flavoured with plant juices, aromatic oils, or essences, prepared through distillation or infusion. The possibility of combining these ingredients allows the producer's creativity to flourish, resulting in various expressions: among the most common are cordial liqueurs, bitters, limoncello, liquorice liqueur, and craft liqueurs with essences.
