Cembra Cantina di Montagna
Cembra Cantina di Montagna is among the highest wineries in Italy, located at an altitude of 700 meters and named after the village it is based in. It was founded in 1952 by the initiative of several winemakers, today about 300, who passionately dedicate themselves to heroic viticulture on the steep and characteristic terraces of the valley. From the vineyards resting on steep slopes and porphyry soils, adorned by over 700 km of traditional dry stone walls, come unmistakable wines with extraordinary flavor, minerality, and persistence. In the wines of Cembra Cantina di Montagna, the unspoiled soul of a wonderful territory and the indomitable spirit of its winemakers come alive in the glass.
