An ancient spring of the purest water once flowed in the places where the vineyards of Cantina Fontezoppa now stand, from which the renowned Marche-based winery takes its name. Nestled in the truly enchanting village of Civitanova Alta, in a landscape like a precious casket between the Adriatic and the Monti Azzurri, the winery lives in harmony with nature, safeguarding its treasures: spread over 35 hectares of land, Fontezoppa devotes itself with great expertise to the care of native grape varieties, above all Vernaccia Nera, and international varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet. From the rows to the cellar, the grapes are treated like precious jewels, holding the priceless heritage of time, and which, first on the labels and then in the glass, embody the winery's incredible creativity. From the lively Pepato, a pure Vernaccia Nera with lively notes of wild cherries and plums, to Jajà, a wine made from pure Passerina grapes, perfect alongside fish dishes such as mixed fried seafood.
